Kachi Haldi Ka Achar

Ingredients
1. Fresh Turmeric -250gm
2. Mustard seeds -1tsp
3. Fenugreek seeds -1tsp
4. Chilli powder -1tsp
5. Fennel seeds -1tsp
6. Ginger powder -1tsp
7. Asafoetida -1tsp
8. Lemon juice -4tbsp
9.Oil-4tbsp
10. Salt
Method
1. Wash the haldi and keep it for drying.
2. Peel off the skin from haldi and grated.
3. Now in a pan heat the oil and make a tempting using mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida and fennel.
4. Now switch off the flame and add haldi, red chilli powder, ginger powder and salt then mix properly.
5. Put this mixture in a bowl and add lemon juice then mix well.
6. Then put this pickle in a air tight jar.
7. And keep this jar on sun light for 5-6 days
8. Pickle is ready to eat now.
