Ingrideints

1. Rice -1cup
2. Onion -1
3. Bell peppers -1/2cup
4. Spring onions-1/2cup
5. Broccoli -1/2cup
6. Garlic -1tbsp
7. Corns -1tbsp
8. Soyo sauce -1tbsp
9. Chilli sauce -1tbsp
10.Shezwan sauce -1tbsp
11.Green sauce -1tbsp

Method 

1. First wash the rice and soak for 20mins.

2. Cook it till aldente in the regular way but make sure it shouldn't be mushy.

3. Then take a pan pour oil and add chopped garlic then fry till smell good.

4. Next add onion and fry slightly golden. 

5. Now add all the chopped veggies and cook for 5mins on high flame.

6. Then add rice and pour all the sauces and mix well. 

7. Now add salt and spice as needed. 

8. Mix and stir fry for 2mins.

9. Sprinkle spring onions and serve it.
