Mushroom Keema

Ingrideints

1. Mushrooms -250gm
2. Onion -2medium chopped
3. Mater -1/2cup
4. Garlic paste -1tsp
5. Tomatoes puree -1cup
6. Cumin seeds -1tsp
7. Kasoori methi -1tsp
8. Red chilli powder -1tsp
9. Coriander leaves -1tsp chopped 
10.Coriander powder -1tsp
11.Oil -2tbsp
12.Salt

Method

1. First wash the mushrooms gently and finally chopped.

2. Then take a pan add oil and let the hot.

3. Then add cumin seeds ,chopped onions and saute.

4. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till golden brown.

5. Add finely chopped mushrooms and mix well. 

6. Then add all the spices and mater then mix properly.

7. Cover with lid and cook for 5mins on low flame.

8. Then add tomatoes puree.

9. Cover with lid and cook for 10mins on low flame and sprinkle kasoori methi.

10.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or parantha.
