Fresh Coconut Healthy Kheer

Ingrideints

1. Fresh coconut -1cup
2. Milk -1ltr
3. Cardamom powder -1tsp
4. Mixed dry fruits -1tbsp
5. Sugar -1cup
6. Saffron

Method

1. First grate the coconut then take 2tsp warn milk in a bowl and add saffron strings and keep aside. 

2. Take a thick bottom pan and pour the milk on it.

3. Now add grated coconut and cook for 15mins or until it's soft then add sugar and mix well.

4. Then add cardamom powder and chopped mixed dry fruits and mix well.

5. Serve it.
