Figs Roll

Ingrideints
1. Figs-250 gm
2. Desiccated coconut -100gm
3. Chopped nuts- 4tbsp
4. Desi ghee-1tbsp
Method
1. First wash and soak the figs in hot water for 2hrs.
2. Then grind the figs in grinder and keep aside.
3. Take a pan add ghee and put chopped dry fruits and fry for two mins.
4. Then add figs paste and keep stirring for 10mins.
5. Now keep this mixture on a plate and let the cool down.
6. Then make a shape of rolls and coat with desiccated coconut.
Serve it
