Stuffed Touri

Ingredients 

1. Touri -250gm
2. Tomatoes -2puree
3. Onions -2paste
4. Ginger -1small piece
5. Garlic -2cloves
6. Paneer -100gm
7. Cumin seeds -1tsp
8. Coriander powder -2tsp
9. Kashmiri mirch powder -1tsp
10.Garam masala -1tsp
11.Oil-2tbsp
12.Cashews paste -1tsp
13.Kishmish 6-8pieces
14.Salt to taste 
15.Water as needed 

Method 

1. Take a pan and put the oil on it and heat it. 

2. Now add finely chopped ginger garlic and saute them. 

3. Now add chopped onion and saute till it becomes golden. 

4. Then add crumbled pander, 1/2tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp cumin powder, kishmish and slightly salt and mix well. 

5. Add 1tsp coriander powder and garam masala and mix well. 

6. Then add chopped coriander leaves. Stuffing ready. 

Touri

1. First peel the touri and slit touri from center but make sure it shouldn't be separated (cut 2-3pieces of it) 

2. Now fill the stuffing in the touri and keep aside. 

For Gravy 

1. Take a pan and put the oil and add onion paste and saute till golden brown. 

2. Add tomato puree and cook for 5mins.

3. Then add all the dry spices 1/2tsp kashmiri mirch powder, cumin powder, 1tsp coriander powder and salt and cook properly .

4. Then add kaju paste and cook till ghee turned out. 

5. Add water and cook till boil.

6. Then put pieces of touri one by one and cover with lid.

7. Cook for 15-20 mins on low flame. 

8. Then sprinkle kasoori methi on it. 

9. The gravy should be thick.

Serve with steamed rice or parantha.
