Karonde, Ginger and green chilli pickle

Ingrideints
1. Karonde -100gm
2. Ginger -1big piece
3. Green chilli -50gm
4. Cumin seeds -1tsp
5. Red chilli powder -1tsp
6. Turmeric powder -1tsp
7. Coriander powder -1tsp
8. Hing -1pinch
9. Oil -1tbsp
10.Salt
Method :
1. First wash all the veggies and keep aside for dry.
2. Chopped these veggies according to your choice.
3. Take a pan and put the oil and let it hot.
Now add cumin seeds, coriander powder, hing, and red chilli powder and saut for a while.
4. Add all the veggies and salt then mix properly.
5. Cover with lid and cook for 5 to 10mins or all the veggies cook.
6. Serve this instant pickle by ur choice.
