Coconut Oats Healthy Laddu

Ingrideints
1. Coconut -2cup
2. Oats -1cup
3. Milk -2cup
4. Milk powder -1cup
5. Almonds -1tbsp
6. Raisins -1tbsp
7. Cashews -1tbsp
8. Pistachios -1tbsp
9. Ghee -2tsp
10.Milk maid -1tsp
11.Cardamom powder -a pinch
Method
1. First take a pan and put the oats for dry roast and keep aside then add 1tsp ghee and put all the dry fruits and roast it.
2. Then take another pan add grated coconut and stir for 5mins.
3. Add roasted oats and cardomon powder.
4. Then pour milk on it and cook for 5mins.
5. Now put milk powder and cook for some time.
6. Add milk maid and mix properly.
7. Then add ghee and keep stirring till becomes thick.
8. Now add all the chopped dry fruits and mix properly .
9. Then pour this mixture into a greesed plate.
10. Then greese your palm and take small portions of this mixture and roll to balls. Serve.
NOTE :u can avoid ghee..
