Ingrideints
1. Milk -2ltr
2. Sugar -2 tbsp
3. Lemon juice -1tsp
4. Cardamon powder -1pinch
5. Nuts
6. Saffron
Method
1. Boil milk until a layer of cream forms on top set aside 2 cups of milk along with the cream.
2. Add lemon juice and curdle the 6 cups of milk. Drain with thin cloth and rinse under running water to remove the lemon smell.
3. Drain properly.
4. Condense the rest of the 2 cups of milk with sugar until it reduces to half.
5. Add the drained paneer and stir.
6.Cook until the mixture thickens. Add cardamom powder and cool completely.
And make laddu and garnish with nuts.
