Instant Amla Pickle

Ingrideints
1. Amla -250gm
2. Cumin seeds -1tsp
3. Mustard seeds -1tsp
4. Oil-2tbsp
5. Red chilli powder -1tsp
6. Turmeric powder -tsp
7. Asafoetida
8. Salt
Method
1. First wash amlas and pat dry with clean kitchen towel and let dry in shed for an hour.
2. In a pan pour the oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let the crackle.
3. Then slide in the amla along with asafoetida, turmeric powder and fry till it starts turning pale. Then add red chilli powder, salt and cook well for rid of the raw smell.
4. Let it cool completely and store in air tight jar.serve it.
