1. Ginger -1inch
2. Lady finger -250gm
3. Onion -1large
4. Tomato -1large
5. Cumin seeds -1tsp
6. Mustard seeds -1tsp
7. Red chilli powder -1tsp
8. Garam masala -1tsp
9. Oil -2tbsp
10.Salt

Recipe 

1. First wash the lady fingers and keep aside for few mins. 

2. Then chopped lady fingers. 

3. Take a pan add oil and let the hot. 

4. Then add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and saute.

5. Then add chopped onion and cook for 2mins.

6. Add chopped ginger and cook till golden brown. 

7. Add chopped tomato and mix well  

8. Add all the dry spices and mix properly then add chopped lady fingers and cook for some time on low flame .

9. Serve with chapati and parantha.
