Sabut Moong Daal Pinni

Ingredients
1. Ghee -500gm
2. Saboot moong dal -500gm
3. Almonds -250 gm
4. Cashews -250gm
5. Gond -250gm
6. Walnuts -250gm
7. Raisins -100gm
8. Dried coconut -100gm
9. Sugar powder -as per needed
Recipe
1. First soak moong dal over night
2. Make fine paste of this.
3. Then take a pan and add ghee then fry all the dry fruits one by one and partially grind it.
4. Then fry gond and keep aside.
5. Now take another pan add ghee and let the hot then add daal paste.
6. Keep stirring till becomes golden brown on low flame.
7. When the daal cooked properly then switch off the gas. Then take another thali or plate and put all the daal mixture on it then mix all the dry fruits mixture on it.
8. At this stage add sugar powder and mix properly.
9. Then make a shape of laddus.
Serve it.
