Ingrideints

1. Ghee -2tsp
2. Paneer -250gm
3. Saffrons -5-6strings
4. Milk -1ltr
5. Pistachio -1tsp
6. Sugar -1 cuo
7. Cardamon powder -1pinch



Recipe

1. First take bowl and add milk on it.

2. Then grate paneer and keep aside. 

3. Cook the milk till thicken like rabdi.

4. Then add saffron milk and mix properly.

5. Then add grated paneer and sugar then mix properly. 

6. Keep stirring till mixture thicken.

7. Now take a plate and spread the ghee on it.

8. Pour this mixture on it and spread through spoon.

9. Sprinkle chopped pistachio and keep in the refrigerator for 4-5hrs

10.Cut into the pieces. 

11.Serve it
