Fresh Coconut Ki Barfi
Cooking Time -20mins
Ingredients
1. Fresh coconut whole-1
2. Milk powder -1cup
3. Condensed milk -200gm
4. Milk -1cup
5. Cardamom powder -1tsp
6. Ghee 1tsp
6. Pistachio
Method
1. First take pan and put the coconut and keep stirring for 5mins.
2. Pour milk and mix well.
3. Now add condensed milk and mix well.
4. Then add ghee and keep stirring.
5. Pour the cardamon powder and keep stirring.
6. Put milk powder and cook properly.
7. When the mixture gets sticky then pour immediately into a greesed plate or thali. Spread property.
8. Leave it in room temperature for some time and cut them to desired sizes while it is still light warm.
9. When it turns cool then keep it in air tight jar. Serve it.
