Ingrideints 

1. Row banana -4
2. Tomatoes -2 chopped 
3. Onion -1 chopped 
4. Turmeric powder -1tsp
5. Red chilli powder -1tsp
6. Cumin seeds -1tsp
7. Garam masala -1tsp
8. Mustard seeds -1tsp
9. Asafoetida -1pinch
10.Oil
11.Salt 

Method 

1. First peel the bananas and cut into the pieces then squeeze lemon juice on it and keep aside.

2. Now take pan and put the oil then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and saute them.

3. Now add ginger and stir then add chopped onion and cook till golden brown.

4. Add chopped tomatoes and all the dry spices and cook for 5mins.

5. Then add bananas and mix well then add little bit water and cover with lid. 
Cook for 10mins or till it cook on low flame.
Serve with chapati or parantha.
