Besan Ke Moongre Ka Raita

Ingredients
1. Moongra -100gm
2. Yogurt -250gm
3. Black salt -1/2tsp
4. Black pepper -1/2tsp
5. Roasted cumin powder -1/2tsp
6. Chat masala -1/2tsp
Method
1. First whisk the yogurt till smooth.
2. Now soak the moongras into beaten curd for 35-40 mins.
3. Now add all the dry spices and mix properly.
4. Serve chilled alone as a snack or with meals.
