Beetroot Halwa

Ingrideints :
1.Beetroots boiled and grated -4
2.Jaggery -150 gm
3.Apple -1
4.Khoya -1 cup
5.Scraped coconut fresh 1/4 cup
6.Chironji -1tbsp
7.Ghee -1 cup
8.Water melon seeds -tbsp
9.Green cardamom powder -1tsp
Method :
1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add chironji and melon seeds and saute for minute. Add beetroots, mix and cook for a minute.Grated apple and mix and cook till moisture evaporates.
2. Add jaggery and mix and cook till it melts and thickens. Add khoya and coconut, mix and cook till khoya melts. And add cardamom powder and mix well. Serve hot 😊
